The EASIEST Paper Plate Pumpkin
I love creating crafts from regular household items.  These little paper plate pumpkins fall right into that category.  An ordinary plates are transformed into wonderful toddler pumpkin:)  Since our house is on a budget, cheap craft materials fit our family perfectly!  Paper plates are readily available and relativity inexpensive. That makes them a win, win in my books!  I often buy ours at the dollar store.
Crafting with a toddler can be so rewarding.  I love watching them as they discover a new materials.  I also love seeing the excitement as they hand over their creation to someone special.  It makes all the mess worth it!  Although this craft is relatively low mess.
To make your own paper plate pumpkins, you will need…
- Orange Paper Plates – (if you don’t have orange plates, simply paint white ones)
- Glue
- Scissors
- Black and Green Construction Paper
Your kids will enjoy working on their scissor skills.  Encourage them to cut out expressive features for their paper plate pumpkin and glue them on.  Don’t forget the stem!
