Easy Paper Plate Crafts ~ Mouse
We love transforming ordinary Paper Plates into cute kids crafts.  Our little ladybugs and hedgehogs are a couple of the kids favorite paper plate crafts. Sticking with our easy animal theme, we decided to create an adorable paper plate mouse.  Seriously adorable!  Read on to find out how we created them.

Cut your paper plate into the shape of a mouse.  You can use our our printable mouse template to make it super easy.
Ask the kiddos what 2 colors they could mix together to make grey. Â I got lots of cute answers. Â I love letting the kids explore and learn for themselves…mixing colors until they figure out what makes grey.
I cut a few circles out ahead of time to use as the nose, ears and eyes.  You could also have the kids trace and cut out their own circles.  Don’t you just love the little curly tail?  Adorable!
Thes little mice were so quick to make (minus drying time). Â Love that! Â We are all about quick and easy crafts!
These little mice would be the perfect craft to create after reading If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff.
You could also create these adorable little mice after watching Cinderella. Â My kiddos thought they totally looked like Jaq and Gus! Â Maybe I need to plan a Cinderella party.
Love the site and the kid art and projects.
