Fall Marble Painting

My day care kiddos love marble painting.  It is one of the easiest and non messy painting projects.  All the mess is contained in the oatmeal container.  Even the littlest hands can shake the container easily.  Love that.  For more detailed instructions on marble painting, go to Annika’s Art Party.

I Love how pretty the inside of the container looks.  It makes me happy each time we remove the lid!  This time we cut oak leaf shapes before we marble painted them.  I love how they turned out.  We also used acorns that we gathered on a trip to the park instead of marbles.

The backdrop for the Oak leaf is one of my favorite pieces of furniture that I have painted.  I will do a post about it soon.

I love this sweet little turkey!  Simply trace your kiddos hands onto a dry marbled paper and cut them out for the feathers.  I love using kiddo artwork to create a new piece of art.  Happy Thanksgiving!
