DIY Minion Valentine’s Day Card for Kids
We decided to join the minion craze and make these adorable little heart shaped minions.  We love crafting with heart shapes, especially around Valentines Day.  A few of their favorite heart animals include a squirrel, a monkey, an alligator and this little hedgehog.  Although I have to say these little Minions are quickly becoming a favorite!

DIY Minion Valentines for Kids
Do your kids enjoy the “Despicable Me” movies?  We had so much fun watching the movie while creating adorable little heart Minions.  Simple DIY Minion Valentine’s to hand out to your classmates.  Love it!
Materials Needed:
- Yellow, Blue, Black, Grey and White Construction Paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Black Sharpie Marker
- Printable Minion Template ~ Page 1 and Page 2
Minions are so adorable and they are the perfect for turning into little heart Valentines. I love their funny expressions, overalls, goggles and spiky hair.
These little heart Minions are super easy to make. Â You can print off our template (page 1 and page 2), or make they up as you go. Â Either way they are going to be adorable!
The kids simply cut a large yellow heart and added all the Minion accessories. Â Blue overalls and goggles are a must. Â We also added little sharpie mouths and glued on a few teeth. Â The final touch was adding spiky hair to a few of the Minions.
We wrote Happy Valentines Day on the back of each of the cards.
Pretty simple, right? Now go create minions for all your classmates!
